STRICTLY Come Dancing has been moved from its Saturday night slot in a huge schedule shake-up on the BBC.
With the FIFA World Cup set to begin in Qatar in a matter of days, Beeb bosses have moved to make sure there are no awkward clashes with big games.
It means the Strictly quarter and semi finals will now air on a Friday night instead of Saturday.
BBC iPlayer has warned fans: “The quarter final of Strictly Come Dancing will now air live on Friday 2nd December and the semi-final will now air live on Sunday 11th December on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.”
For the first time the football World Cup is being played in the winter instead of its usual summer billing.
