The Goonies 2: Steven Spielberg on what it will take for a sequel

The Goonies is an absolute cult classic, but unlike its fellow 1985 adventure Back to the Future, never received a sequel. For years the likes of star Sean Astin have said The Goonies 2 will hopefully happen one day. I’m sad that Dick Donner is not there because he was a huge force in that.’
