Dozens of people reportedly went into cardiac arrest after a stampede of party-goers rushed to celebrate Halloween in Seoul, South Korea.

On Saturday evening local time, party-goers shoving through a narrow street in the Itaewon leisure district badly injured around 100 people, officials said.

Alarming video footage posted to social media showed dozens of people lying in the middle of the street as emergency service workers performed CPR.
