However, Katie has since revealed he lost two stone through a careful diet plan - which still involves occasional "treats". So for his latest snack, the reality star took her eldest son and her fiance for a meal out on Thursday evening for a 'treat day'. Katie's family happily dined in the casual restaurant for 'Burger night' and Harvey appeared on social media to be in a celebratory mood. In a video posted on social media, Katie was heard asking her son questions to try and coach answers for her fans online as Harvey confirmed they were out at a restaurant. She exclaimed: You've lost soo much weight haven't you ... we're having a treat day". The My Crazy Life star captioned the video: "Harvey has lost two stone and can still have a treat day" along with a heart emoji. Harvey cheered whilst swinging his right arm up in the air in jubilation. However, when it came to dessert, events seemed to take an awkward turn as former Love Island star - and Katie's fiance - Carl Woods, 33, thought Harvey was still overeating.
