Taking to Instagram, the supermodel announced that they have officially gone their separate ways, sharing a statement on the news.
‘With much gratitude for our time together, Tom and I have amicably finalized our divorce,’ the 42-year-old began, before she explained that they had ‘grown apart’.
‘My priority has always been and will continue to be our children whom I love with all my heart.
