Alison Hammond has said she simply ‘ignores’ public scrutiny before she took home a top gong for presenting and journalism at the 2022 Ethnicity Awards.
The TV personality, 47, said she ‘doesn’t read’ what people say about her online, preferring to trust her own instincts when it comes to how she acts on TV.
Alison was speaking exclusively to Metro.co.uk at the Ethnicity Awards, with Metro partnering up with this year’s biggest Black, Asian, and ethnic minority red carpet event in the UK.
When asked how she deals with scrutiny from viewers, she said: ‘That’s a really good question, babes. The way I deal with is I just don’t read it.’
