Diesel now 23.95p per litre more expensive than petrol, says AA
Diesel prices have climbed to their highest level since August in a blow to motorists as winter draws in.
The average UK pump price has climbed to 190.12p a litre on Thursday, meaning it costs more than £104 to fill up a 55-litre family car.
Diesel is now on average 23.95p per litre more expensive than petrol, according to analysis by the AA.
Luke Bosdet of the AA said: “This is not only bad news but bad timing.
