The beautiful spring party came after the actress decided turning 50 was worthy of a big bash. However, it wasn't something she had originally planed and she confessed she was "so shocked that I was doing it". The party took place in April and she revealed those in attendance were put to work for the sake of charity. The Once Upon a Farm co-founder admitted she asked guests to fill 5,000 backpacks each containing enough food to feed a family of four. The generous request was part of the star's on-going support for the Blessings in a Backpack programme. My life is lovely. "I'm not always just nice. I can also be salty, and I can be taciturn, or I can be really serious about what I want to get done. It's not that I feel I'm underestimated in that way—I'm not afraid to stand up for myself and say, 'Just so you know, this isn't going to fly with me.' When that happens, I don't want you to be shocked that I'm a real person." Her "wedding for one" came just months before her ex-husband Ben Affleck tied the knot to new flame Jennifer Lopez.
