YouTube star Deji is a ‘serious boxer’ with Global Titans looking to give him the platform to make it his full-time career.
The 25-year-old Londoner, real name Oladeji Olatunji, will have the opportunity to share the ring with one of the greatest to ever lace up a pair of gloves in Floyd Mayweather Jr when the two meet in an eight-round exhibition contest in Dubai on 13 November.
Having suffered three defeats in his opening three bouts, Deji endured a disappointing start to his boxing career before sealing a first win with a dominant stoppage victory over old rival Fousey at the O2 Arena in August in his first professional fight.
Deji has impressed those at Global Titans, the group putting on the show against 50-0 legend Mayweather, with CEO Uday Singh confident they can provide him with the tools to build a career in the sport.
‘For Deji, he has an excellent attitude, he is very hard working, very professional,’ Singh told Metro.co.uk. ‘I met him while he was training in London, he is a serious boxer, he wants to make this a full-time career.
