Meghan and Harry warn Royal Family ‘we can do without you’ on website

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have uploaded photos of their charity engagements in the UK and Germany to their Archewell website, accompanied by a revealing quote. Royal author Angela Levin has suggested the underlying tone of the message suggested the Duke and Duchess of Sussex can ‘do without the Royal Family’. There had previously been speculation that Prince Harry and Meghan could return to the institution after they attended royal ceremonies during the ten-day mourning period for the late Queen Elizabeth II.Alongside a picture of the couple beaming at one another on the Archewell website, a quote read: ‘Each of us can change our communities. All of us can change the world.’Underneath, the message was signed ‘Harry and Meg’.Archewell was founded by the couple following their step back from royal duties and includes the three separate organisations of the Archewell Foundation, Archewell Audio and Archewell Productions.Across the website, there is no mention of Prince Harry and Meghan’s ties to the Royal Family, although they still use their royal titles of Duke and Duchess in the platform’s ‘about’ section.
