A 95-year-old woman has died after a fight broke out at a residential home as police launch a murder probe.
The New York City Police Department have confirmed Noemi Noto suffered a head trauma after she fell to the ground during an altercation with an unnamed 84-year-old woman at a residential care home.
The incident took place at the Carmel Richmond Healthcare and Rehabilitation Centre in New York after cops were called to reports of a fight on April 9.
Police were called to the incident at around 1.55pm when officers were alerted to Ms Noto lying on the floor with a head trauma inside the care home.
