Kate ‘stressed and anxious’ in new life after ‘very difficult time’, says expert

It has been all change recently for Prince William and Kate Middleton after their move to Windsor and the sad death of the Queen – and according to a royal expert, the Wales family have been feeling the pressure

The Prince and Princess of Wales have endured a “very difficult time” with a “fair bit of stress and anxiety”, a royal expert has claimed.

The royal couple has recently embarked on a new life with their children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. It has seen them up sticks from Kensington Palace in London to move to Adelaide Cottage in Windsor, with all three children starting a new school. Just days after the move, Prince William and Kate then had to come to terms with the late Queen’s death, which saw them take on new roles as the Prince and Princess of Wales.

And according to royal expert and author Katie Nicholl, it hasn’t been the settling-in period that they had hoped for.

Speaking on TalkTV’s Royal Tea show, host Sarah Hewson said: “Katie, you said this week she has been under pressure, she has been stressed of late and that William and Kate have not had the settling-in period they might have been hoping for of their new life.”
