Kim Kardashian’s eating habits have changed over the years – but one thing that has always remained consistent is her love for a healthy breakfast. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star eats a mostly plant-based diet now, having first decided to stop eating animal products at home in 2019.
Kim, who no longer eats any meat, has been instrumental in converting sisters Kourtney and Khloe to plant-based eating and has credited her healthy eating habits for her famous figure. The reality TV star, who keeps her fresh produce in a massive walk-in refrigerator, recently revealed how she likes to start off the day.
Posting what she was having for brekkie on Instagram in July this year, Kim had fruit and acai for breakfast with a side of hot tea.
In her caption, she wrote: “Acai Bowl and hot tea always makes me happy no matter what time of day.”
