"Today she couldn't breathe, so I called 999, but the fire crew had to come. "Thanks to the NHS fire services for taking my best friend to hospital." In one of the pics Sandra gives a thumbs up, sporting orange fluffy sliders, while her friend is wheeled out of the house. In another, the armchair critic poses with members of the emergency services. Sandra returned to social media today to give fans an update on how her friend was getting on.
