Paolo Nutini fans rage at ‘unsafe and dangerous’ gig as people ‘pass out’

Fans at Paolo Nutini’s concert at the O2 Victoria Warehouse have branded the gig a “nightmare”, claiming people were passing out because of overcrowding and poor air circulation

Paolo Nutini fans are fuming after the Scot’s gig in Manchester on Sunday, saying they felt ‘unsafe’ in the venue.

The singer-songwriter, 35, was performing at the at the O2 Victoria Warehouse to an excited crowd, but several fans “passed out” because of overcrowding – according to reports.

One concertgoer claimed the Trafford Park Venue ‘didn’t feel safe at all’.

“The gig was a nightmare and my partner burst into tears 20 minutes in, she was so upset – she is a massive Nutini fan,” he said. “We were originally under the mezzanine but we had to leave that spot 10 minutes in as we didn’t feel safe,’ they said.
