At least six incidents of sabotage against Russian military infrastructure have been claimed since June by the Russian group 'Stop the Wagons', including the attack near the village of Novozybkovo, the MOD said.The Russian military is relying heavily on rail transport for deploying forces to Ukraine and the system is "extremely challenging" to secure against physical threats, they added. Norway and Russia have reached a deal on fishing quotas for 2023, Oslo said, a rare sign of understanding amid heightened tensions over the war in Ukraine.
