 A little girl who was abducted while cycling has been found locked inside a cabinet. Charlotte Sena vanished on Saturday evening, when she was kidnapped from the campsite called Moreau State Park, in upstate New York, where her family was on holiday. The nine-year-old was rescued on Monday, when troopers found her covered and hidden in a cupboard inside a camper van. She was taken to hospital where she is said to be 'in good physical health'. Craig Ross Jr, 47, was arrested after reportedly putting up a struggle to resist the two SWAT teams who swooped in on the property with helicopters. He had put a ransom note through the Sena family's postbox at 4.20am on Monday, Governor Kathy Hochul told reporters. Ross Jr had left his DNA all over the letter and investigators found a match for his fingerprints – after he had been arrested for driving under the influence in 1999. Officers reportedly believe that Charlotte was pulled into a vehicle or dragged into the woods while she was riding her bike. When she had not returned by 6.30pm, her parents became worried and went looking for her, only to find her abandoned bike at 6.47pm and call the police. Hundreds joined the search for Charlotte, who was officially declared found at 7pm on Monday. Governor Hochul said: 'We are overjoyed at the news that Charlotte Sena has been located safely this evening after an intense days-long search.
