A man has been charged with the kidnap of a nine-year-old girl who was finally found alive in a camper van after she went missing.
After a massive two-day search, police found Charlotte Sena alive and well in a van belonging to Craig Nelson Ross, who was subsequently arrested and charged.
Ross is now charged with first-degree kidnapping, a felony. He was arraigned in Milton Town Court early Tuesday morning, according to Saratoga County Jail officials. He is being held without bail, and additional charges are pending.
