The celebrities were then forced to remove their protective masks while trying to free themselves . Reliving the terrifying experience, Amber, who was paired with rugby star Gareth Thomas, said she was left 'scared for her life'. She told fans: "Being CS gassed was absolutely the worst experience ever. "Never In my life have I felt so scared! Just imagine your being suffocated & burnt from the inside then you might just be able to imagine what it feels like." She added: "However @gareththomasofficial there is nobody else I would rather get CS gassed with again other than you." Fans flooded Amber's post with messages of praise for surviving the ordeal.
