EastEnders actress Letitia Dean, who plays Sharon Watts in EastEnders, looked incredible at the recent National Television Awards sporting a slinky white jumpsuit
EastEnders’ Letitia Dean reckons ditching junk food is the key to her fabulous figure.
The Sharon Watts star, 55, looked sensational at the National Television Awards earlier this month, sporting a slinky white jumpsuit, which showed off her slender frame. Fans thought she looked “incredible” on the red carpet and praised the actress, who they say has “never looked better”.
Over the past year, Letitia has lost two stone, going from 10 stone 4lbs to 8 stone 3lbs and has dropped four dress sizes in four months. Explaining her new look is the result of eating healthily and exercising, she also revealed she’s cut out one of her vices. Opening up about her change in diet, which includes eating “gilled skinless chicken” and “lots of greens”, she said: “It was incredible. I found I had so much more energy than I was eating junk food.”
Letitia admitted she had tried “faddy regimes”, including a “disgusting” eggs-only diet. Opening up about the effects of the peculiar eating plan, she told Closer magazine she did manage to lose a stone, but soon went back to her old habits. Now, she says she’s reduced her intake to 1,300 calories a day by eating a well-balanced diet and also enjoys running and boxercise.
