New England Patriots running back Ezekiel Elliott has spoken about his first return to the AT&T Stadium in Texas as he prepares to face his old team the Dallas Cowboys
New England Patriots star Ezekiel Elliott has opened up on his return to face the Dallas Cowboys.
Elliott has entered his first season with the Patriots after signing a one-year deal worth up to $6 million (£4.9 million). The running back had been a free agent after leaving the Cowboys at the end of the 2022 season.
The 28-year-old was the sixth overall pick by the Cowboys in the 2016 NFL Draft, and worked his way to becoming one of the star players in his position. Elliott, a three-time Pro Bowler, spent seven seasons in Dallas and amassed 8,655 rushing yards with 70 total touchdowns in 109 games.
Now, Elliott is preparing to go up against the Cowboys for the first time since his exit. The Patriots go to the AT&T Stadium in Texas in the Week Four contest in the NFL this Sunday, (October 1).
