Landmark Covid legal action in the High Court is a fight for many more people than the 30 cases set to be heard.
This is about ordinary folk trying to hold to account a Conservative Government which patted itself on the back after the possibly avoidable deaths of their loved ones. The lack of testing in hospitals was unforgivable, as was the turning of care homes into dumping grounds for infected patients.
So the spectacle of disgraced former Health Secretary Matt Hancock trying to carve out a reality TV career makes grim viewing.
