The only exceptions are for religious reasons and a written authority must be obtained by the individual from local authorities. "It is forbidden to use any article which will hamper an individual's identification, in a public place or in a place that is open to the public, with a justifiable motive," the law states, according to the Daily Mail. "The contravention of said article is punishable by a fine of 1,000 Euro up to a maximum of 2,000 Euro." Kanye is also due to face investigation for his lewd act with his partner which saw him flash his bum cheeks while the pair enjoyed a boat ride. It's claimed the driver of the boat will be brought in for questioning by law enforcement about what he witnessed. Police are also said to be asking for photographers to send them the images they took of the famous couple during the incident.
