Jesus Ayala, 18, and Jzamir Keys, 16, were formally charged with murder, attempted murder, battery with a deadly weapon, larceny, and burglary for a spree of hit-and-runs with a stolen car on the morning of August 14 in the Las Vegas area. Police say the duo are responsible for three hit-and-runs, including one that killed Andreas 'Andy' Probst, a retired Chief of Police for the city of Bell, California. Probst's murder was recorded in a video recorded by the teen sitting in the passenger seat of a stolen car. The teen car thief speeds up behind a white car before slamming on the gas and ramming the car from behind, yelling a string of expletives at the driver. The teens continue driving through an intersection, before spotting a biker on the side of the road. 'Ready?' 'Yeah, get his a**,' the passenger says. The teen filming the encounter turns around to film the biker fly off the car and collapse on the side of the road. Police also say that the teens were responsible for stealing four cars that same day. They also allegedly hit another biker earlier that morning, a 72-year-old man who survived the attack.
