A MAJOR car maker will discontinue ALL petrol and diesel motors by 2030 as it moves to electric vehicles in a “radical” change for Brits.
The extremely popular car giant Fiat has announced they will start to phase out all of their models that run off fuel.
In a bid to help save the planet, the Italian brand revealed by the end of the decade they will not sell cars that run off petrol or diesel – and that they are going full electric.
Outlining the sustainable vision, Fiat boss Olivier Francois told how from 2025 onwards, their production line will slowly eliminate motors that aren’t chargeable.
He said: “Between 2025 and 2030, our product line-up will gradually become electric only.
