Recent weeks have seen a surge in reports of dog attacks, including many caught graphically on camera. This led to Prime Minister Rishi Sunak announcing he would be defining, and banning XL Bullies, a breed many think responsible for an overwhelming number of the violent attacks.
In light of the attacks, one man has spoken out about a horrific dog attack that saw his mother’s upper lip torn from her face. However, instead of being done by a larger breed like an XL Bully, this was the family’s Jack Russell that was described as a “sweet little dog”.
The Mirror is calling for these changes:
