AN ENGLAND football legend has turned down a spot on Strictly Come Dancing – yet jungle japes could still be on the cards.
Former Liverpool striker Michael Owen, 43, told how there was “no way” he would follow in the fancy footsteps of ex footie favourite Tony Adams, 56, with a spot on the BBC show.
Michael – who is the father of former Love Island star Gemma Owen, 20 – has left the door open for an I’m A Celebrity stint.
He admitted he had picked up “tips” from his famous mates who had endured jungle life, before he confirmed he had “looked into” starring on ITV’s hit series fronted by Ant McPartlin, 47, and Declan Donnelly, also 47.
