MANCHESTER UNITED have lost three of their opening five Premier League games for the first time in the competition’s history.
The Red Devils suffered a 3-1 defeat to Brighton at Old Trafford on Saturday, leaving them 13th in the table.
It was their fourth successive loss to the Seagulls, with Roberto De Zerbi’s side scoring a total of ten goals compared to United’s two.
Former Red Devil Danny Welbeck opened the scoring for Brighton at Old Trafford during the first half, with Pascal Gross and summer signing Joao Pedro both adding to the goal tally in the second half.
