 General Hospital actor Billy Miller has died aged 83. The soap star died on Friday, his manager confirmed on Sunday, which would have been Miller's 44th birthday. 'The actor was struggling with manic depression when he died,' a statement to Variety reads. As well as playing Drew Cain on ABC's General Hospital, Miller was best known for his role as Billy Abbott on The Young and the Restless. After starring in commercials, Miller first hit screens in 2006, in an episode of CSI: NY. He then landed a role the following year in All My Children, and later appeared as a recurring cast member in Ringer. A cause of death has not been revealed.
