Presenter accuses BBC of censoring her tirade about cuts

A former BBC presenter has accused the corporation of censorship after it cut her tirade against cuts to local radio stations.

Sophie Little said that she was shocked that her comments during the last edition of Treasure Quest on BBC Radio Norfolk, were removed from BBC Sounds. In the show she drove around the county following clues and looking for “treasure”.

Little, who has been on the show for ten years, said that she believed the actions of the BBC to cut the segment had made the story bigger.
