Coronation Street fans are suspicious over a recent accident with Eliza on the ITV soap, and believe they know the true culprit in a dark twist amid a character’s arrival on the show
Coronation Street viewers have come up with a dark new theory regarding a recent accident, and whether a certain newcomer was involved.
Viewers of the ITV soap saw young Eliza hit by a car on Monday night after she fled during a row with her grandfather Stu Carpenter. As Eliza got out of the car she was in and went to storm across the road, an incoming vehicle sped past and hit her arm and her side.
Corrie’s Eliza fell to the ground and was rushed to hospital, where she learned she had a fracture in her arm and had to have a cast. But in the immediate fallout of the accident, the car had seemingly driven off. Not only was it driving at speed in the first place, but the mystery driver didn’t get out of the car and seemed to drive off in a hit and run. Stu’s focus was Eliza, and she was taken to hospital for treatment but there seemed to be no clue on who had driven the car.
Viewers think they know the culprit though in a dark twist, and it could be someone very close to home. Dom was meant to be seeing his daughter Eliza that morning but was late and did not show up. As Stu and Eliza left, might it have been Dom speeding to the house to see her?
