Coronation Street is set for explosive scenes next week as cobbles killer Stephen Reid finally looks set to be exposed as a dead body is found.
The desperate businessman, played by actor Todd Boyce, has killed three people so far – Jenny Connor’s fiancé Leo Thompkins, the latter’s father Teddy and Rufus Donahue. Stephen also attempted to kill Elaine Metcalfe, secretly spiked Carla Connor with LSD and even forged a paternity letter for his niece Sarah Barlow – to name a few of his evil schemes!
In upcoming episodes, Ed Bailey makes a grisly discovery at the building site after he notices that the digger driver looks troubled and hurries over to take a look. Ronnie Bailey then arrives at the building site to see Ed talking to a uniformed Craig Tinker. And it’s not long until Ronnie peers into the hole where the digger has unearthed a dead body.
Later in the week, the net starts to close in on Stephen as a loved-up Jenny tells him it’s about time he moved into the pub still oblivious to the fact he murdered her fiancé and father-in-law. Stephen returns to work full of the joys but his mood soon changes when he hears a body has been found on Ed and Ronnie’s building site.
