Most do, after being confronted by the man. But there was one woman in a Mercedes Benz that still refused, even when she was face-to-face with the owner of the restaurant. The videos gained some traction on social media, attracting nearly 10k viewers. Brackins says he hasn't sought help from police because 'they have other things to do.'
