Appearing on GB News on Wednesday, Jim told host Dan Wooton that people have “had enough” of such programmes. Talking about how The Repair Shop beat This Morning to achieve the Best Daytime awards at the National Television Awards, Dan asked: “Is this the end of an era for woke ITV’s golden goose?” “Well I think it’s probably the start of the end of wokeness for all of us, it needs to go, this is ridiculous,” Jim replied. Dan responded by crossing his fingers as Jim continued: “Do you know, I like The Repair Shop, that little bloke in the funny hat, I think he’s quite good.” GB News: Dan asked if it was the end of the ITV magazine show Jim, 69, continued: “And I do like Alison Hammond, I’m not a great fan of Holly Willoughby. “I mean you know, anyone can come and read an autocue and there are so many people. “I mean Dan, really, what do you want to watch during the day?
