Sadly, a 12-year-old girl and 36-year-old man were declared dead at the scene. Two boys aged 16 and 13 were rushed to hospital with substantial but non-life-threatening injuries. Police are now asking for anyone who saw the Clio on the A442 to come forward. Police constable Craig Byle said: ''Our thoughts are with the family and friends at this sad time."
