 The fire service confirmed "many" of the bus passengers are suffering with "various injuries". They also said the bus driver is currently trapped in the vehicle with a multi-agency response ongoing. Dyfed-Powys Police are also on the scene and confirmed road closures are in place while they deal with the horror smash. Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service said: "Crews responded to a road traffic collision involving one 52-seater bus and one private motor vehicle. Many of the bus passengers are suffering with various injuries. "One driver is currently severely trapped, crews are currently working to extract the trapped driver as well as administering first aid. The Air Ambulance and Dyfed Powys Police are also in attendance. "This has been declared a major incident which is currently ongoing, more information may be released when available." The A477 between Pembroke Dock and Haverfordwest is shut in both directions at the bridge between the Honeyborough and Pembroke roundabouts. Crews from Pembroke Dock, Milford Haven, Haverfordwest, Tenby and Narberth crews have been deployed along with the Air Ambulance. More to follow... A MAJOR incident has been declared after a 52-seater bus has crashed into a car on a bridge.
Multiple passengers are feared injured and the driver is reportedly trapped as the horror unfolded on Cleddau Bridge in Pembrokeshire this afternoon.
The fire service, ambulance crews and cops rushed to the scene around 2.15pm.
The bus driver is currently trapped in the vehicle with a multi-agency response ongoing.
