It was a great night for the folk of Albert Square, who impressed by securing both of the prizes in the serial dramas categories as well as the Rising Star Award. It was an exciting night for the BBC One soap, which is set to air some shocking scenes later this year when one man ends up dead at Christmas on Sharon’s wedding day.
