CHELSEA considered a move for Tottenham stalwart Hugo Lloris last month, according to reports.
The Frenchman worked under Mauricio Pochettino for five-and-a-half years in North London.
Lloris, 36, has one year remaining on his contract at Spurs.
But he is out of the first team picture and seeking a transfer.
According to the Telegraph, Chelsea contacted the former Tottenham captain regarding a potential transfer last month.
