 The multi-part series is set to blend archive, new research and interviews to revisit her life, career and legacy. Discussing the upcoming documentary on Loose Women on Wednesday, Jane Moore, who features in the series, spoke about the case and how Dando's brother Nigel, was hoping the publicity would help catch his sister's killer. The brother of murdered BBC journalist Jill Dando is hoping an upcoming Netflix series focusing on her murder will help catch her killer.
The former Crimewatch co-host was killed on the doorstep of her home in Fulham, south-west London, in a horrendous crime which remains unsolved, nearly 24 years later.
Dando, who was 37 years old when she died in April 1999, was shot once in the head, and her body was discovered soon after by a neighbour.
