Two people stabbed as NFL fans fight in In-N-Out Burger after preseason game

Two NFL fans were stabbed after a fight between San Francisco 49ers faced the Los Angeles Chargers in Santa Clara in a preseason game with a huge brawl breaking out in an In-N-Out burger restaurant in Santa Clara

Two people were stabbed during a mass brawl involving San Francisco 49ers and Las Vegas Raiders fans in a burger restaurant in California last Friday night.

The two rival teams faced off in a preseason NFL game two weeks ago which the Raiders won – before the Niners faced the Los Angeles Chargers on Friday. After the game, some Niners fans visited a nearby In-N-Out Burger near the stadium, where Las Vegas Raiders fans had also congregated, before violence broke out.

Around a dozen people are seen on a video shared by TMZ, with one man wielding a knife and stabbing a shirtless man as he was on the ground. Another man was then stabbed, with both being rushed to hospital to have their injuries treated. It has been reported that neither man suffered life-threatening wounds.

The incident was said to have taken place at around 11pm, with local police called to the scene a few minutes later after becoming aware of a large fight. Several people were detained following the fight, but no individuals have yet been charged – with police looking for the individual who had wielded a knife, as can be seen in the video.
