Speaking to The Sun, the singer says his interest in marijuana - which is a class B drug in the UK which means those found in possession of it can be convicted and given up to 5 years in prison, an unlimited fine or both - is practically non existent. He said: 'I never said I put it in my tea. I don't drink weed in my tea. I don't even smoke. "I might have an occasional puff here and there in a social environment with my friends but nothing of that nature. I'm not an avid weed smoker. I don't have anything against anyone that smokes weed. I'm from Rastafarian family and my uncles are all Rastafarians and I've been raised around it all my life.' The Notting Hill Carnival will be celebrating Caribbean music, food and culture in West London all weekend with Steel Band competitions, parades and Shaggy's performance slot all adding to the fun.
