The 22-year-old's form during the closing stages of last season, when he scored nine goals in eight game, convinced Chelsea to take a gamble and make him the first signing of Mauricio Pochettino's tenure. Asked to summarise the differences between running a Premier League football club compared to the Vegas Golden Knights, Foley told TNT Sport: 'They're very similar in a lot of different ways. 'The way you accumulate players and build a team in the Premier League is very different. We have a lot of strict rules we have a hard salary cap at £83.5million and you can't go above it.
