Holly Willoughby’s husband launches talent agency in latest move for TV ‘power couple’

Dan Baldwin has made shows for A-listers like Michael McIntyre, Bradley Walsh and Alan Carr and now could make a killing representing stars in the industry

Holly Willoughby’s husband has launched his own showbiz talent agency.

TV producer Dan Baldwin could make a killing from representing small screen stars. The move comes three years after Holly quit her long time agents and set up a firm to manage herself. Dan’s new venture – called HB Talent Agency – was revealed in papers filed to Companies House.

Dan, who met Holly on the set of kids show Ministry of Mayhem has made shows for A-listers like Michael McIntyre, Bradley Walsh and Alan Carr under his Hungry Bear brand. His wife dramatically split from her longtime agents YMU, which she shared with Philip Schofield, in 2020.

She is now looked after by Roxy Management, which lists the star as a director under her married name Holly Baldwin. A source said: “Dan is one of the most powerful men in TV – and obviously his wife is one of the most influential women. This move makes a lot of sense.”
