At one point in the documentary, Coleen breaks down into tears while her husband reveals his concerns over the toll it was taking on her health. She says, according to The Mirror: 'He just looked at me and said 'Coleen you're just not you anymore, you just look sick.' 'It was just constantly on my mind, I couldn't get away from it.'
