NFL running back given chance for ultimate revenge after signing with Buffalo Bills

The New York Jets released Ty Johnson after he reportedly had surgery that he did not want when he tore his pectoral muscle after he criticised the team for how he was treated

The Buffalo Bills might have made an astute signing with Ty Johnson after his incident with their division rival this offseason.

Earlier this year, the New York Jets re-signed the running back to a one-year deal after he played with them in 2022 as a backup.

After being resigned, the Jets surprisingly released Johnson with a “non-football injury” designation.

At the time, no further explanation was given as to why Johnson was released from the team. But days later, he revealed that the team made him have surgery – even though he wished not to – before releasing him.
