Lost your sex drive? Try eating these foods to boost your libido

NEWS… BUT NOT AS YOU KNOW IT

It’s annoying when your brain wants to have sex but your body doesn’t, isn’t it?

While there are a number of reasons why your libido might be lower than usual, including taking certain medications (like anti-depressants or birth control), health problems, stress and anxiety or a sexual dysfunction, the majority of which are nothing to worry about, it makes sense if you want to bring it back up.

When it comes to increasing your libido, the first port of call should be understanding why it may have dropped in the first place and focusing on ‘fixing’ that – are you feeling stressed? Have your turn ons changed? Are you spending enough time on foreplay?

Addressing the root cause of your low libido will not only be a faster route to feeling hotter, it will also help you to learn about your own sexuality and notice key triggers earlier in the future.
