Coronation Street star ‘worried’ for character’s future as Stephen Reid clue resurfaces

Coronation Street’s Glenda Shuttleworth (played by Jodie Prenger) has made her opinion of Stephen Reid (Todd Boyce) known, but the actress is now worried for her character’s fate as his tirade is soon set to come to an end. Glenda currently works with Daisy Midgeley (Charlotte Jordan) and Jenny Connor (Sally-Ann Matthews) at the Rovers Return and runs the drama company Little Big Shotz. Since his arrival, Glenda has always been wary of Stephen, especially when he made it known he had feelings for Jenny. Now, actress Jodie Prenger is worried for her character after pointing out a past clue that could get her murdered by the serial killer. Speaking to Digital Spy, Jodie said: “Glenda has never liked him – ever since he took that £10 note! She clocks it, doesn’t she? I think Glenda goes on a gut reaction and I don’t think she thinks he’s good news.”
