Trump has been charged with 13 felony counts including conspiracy, violating Georgia's anti-racketeering law, false statements and asking a public official to violate an oath of office. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is giving Trump and his co-defendants until August 25 at noon to 'voluntarily surrender'. Fulton County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Natalie Ammons said 'it is expected that all 19 defendants named in the indictment will be booked at the Rice Street Jail'. The first lady has been largely absent from the public eye amid her husband's legal troubles.
