Actor Ioan Gruffud has continued to call his ex-wife Alice Evans a ‘child abuser’ in new court documents amid their bitter custody battle over their two young children – Ella, 13, and Elsie, nine.
In the public court filings filed in early August, the 49-year-old claimed Evans ‘continued to inflict serious emotional harm on Ella and Elsie by her statements and by interfering in my relationship with them.’ He said that his ex-wife ‘verbally abused and undermined’ him in front of their children ‘throughout their lives.’ He previously made the same claims in a filing from June.
“Since January 2021, Alice has also encouraged and instructed them not to see me or communicate with me and she has made thousands of threatening and abusive communications to me and about me,” he wrote in the declaration.
He also touched on Evans and Gruffud’s eldest daughter filing a restraining order request against him and his partner Bianca Wallace, which was denied. The teenager previously requested a restraining order for herself and her sister Elsie against the actress for five years.
