CRYSTAL PALACE’S move to sign Chelsea’s Lewis Hall is at risk as Premier League rivals Newcastle are making their move.
According to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano Newcastle are eager to bring Hall to St James’ Park.
He confirmed in a tweet: “Newcastle are keen on signing Lewis Hall from Chelsea as new fullback – as Crystal Palace deal is in stand-by.
“Hall signed new six year deal at Chelsea but could leave on loan. Not easy to find way due to FFP but Newcastle interest is genuine.”
The 18-year-old has signed a new six-year deal at Chelsea with the option for a further year, after a remarkable first 12 senior appearances at Stamford Bridge.
